Talos Shipyards is seeking a Commercial Manager (Yacht Refit & Repair) to drive revenue growth and expand presence in the yacht refit market sector. The successful candidate must combine strong commercial acumen with industry knowledge, promoting the shipyard’s capabilities and services to owners, management companies, and agents, while building long term commercial relationships.

The role includes developing commercial strategy, securing new business, and managing proposals and contracts. Candidates should hold a maritime or business degree, have 5+ years of maritime commercial experience, strong negotiation skills, proven business development success, and fluency in English.
