J.H.I. Steamship Co. is seeking to recruit a Crew Operator to join its Crew Department.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Crew Department, preferably with a tanker fleet
• University degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping or a related field
• Experience in crew change planning and monitoring, crew certification and ticketing
• Good knowledge of STCW, MLC, TMSA and SIRE 2.0 requirements
• Fluency in English
• Strong computer literacy
• Team-oriented mindset with good organizational and communication skills
