Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within the shipping industry.
• In-depth knowledge of all crew-related matters, including recruitment, planning, budgeting, training, and compliance with international regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
