Front Office Assistant (Marousi)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage reception desk, greet visitors and handle calls/emails.
- Organize meetings, manage mail and coordinate with couriers.
- Maintain office tidiness, file documents and monitor supplies.
- Provide administrative support and handle sensitive information confidentially.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- BSc in Business Administration (Maritime Studies preferred).
- 2+ years of relevant experience (shipping a plus).
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Computer literate.
- Professional, reliable and proactive.
- Positive attitude, organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication, flexible and eager to grow
