An expanding shipping company in Glyfada with a modern fleet of bulk carriers is seeking a Senior Crew Operator to join their team. The responsibilities include managing and monitoring daily operations of the crew, training new crew members, ensuring crew certification, monitoring crew performance and productivity, and maintaining crew records.

Candidates must hold a university degree in maritime studies along with at least 7 years of relevant experience, they should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, as well as knowledge of Danaos, and MS Office. An active listener with strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills, attention to detail, and highly professional demeanour and appearance.
