Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Piraeus for an Executive Personal Assistant to the Principal. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and executive administrative assistance. Tasks include managing the Principal's diary, handling communications, travel arrangements and performing various clerical duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Complex calendar management to the Principal
- Assist Principal in preparing for meetings
- Travel Arrangements, including flights, hotels and car transfers, as required
- Draft all internal and 3rd party communication on behalf of Principal
- Preparation of presentations, supplemental documentation, articles as required, to assist Principal for his extensive involvement & participation in Forums and Conference in Greece and abroad
- Assist in public relations on behalf of Principal and company, including the drafting, overview and translation of press releases
- Cover all social and personal communication on behalf of Principal, including Nameday wishes, Birthday wishes etc.
- All other ad hoc office tasks as requested and required
- Act as communication buffer between Principal and other members of the team
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent use of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
- Clerical skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking / prioritizing ability
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with office software and technology
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in administration or a related field is advantageous
- Experience in similar role
- Working experience in the shipping industry preferred
