Neptune Lines Shipping and Managing Enterprises is looking for a Fleet Operator to join our Operation team.

• Oversee daily RoRo fleet operations.
• Provide voyage instructions on operations, cargo, and loss prevention.
• Plan and monitor load/discharge for accuracy and timing.
• Serve as main contact for Master’s on fixture, port, and cargo details.
• Review pre-stowage plans for compliance and best practices.
• Coordinate with agents, authorities, and internal teams.
• Visit vessels to assess cargo securing, stowage, and operations.

You will be a successful candidate if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

• Sea service on RoRo / PCTC vessels as a Deck Officer (holding a valid Certificate of Competency), and/or a University degree in Maritime Studies or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar operational role.
