A well-established Bulk Carrier Company in the northern suburbs, is seeking to employ a QHSE Officer with the following qualifications:

• University degree
• Previous experience in similar position (minimum 5 years)
• Excellent knowledge of statutory regulations and Class rules, Vetting RightShip requirements, industry standards (ISO 9001)
• Computer literacy of high level, good knowledge of ERP Systems
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with shipboard personnel, shore-based team, and external stakeholder
• The ability to analyze safety-related issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions is a prerequisite
