Our Technical Team is expanding!

We are seeking Assistant Superintendent to join our team of maritime professionals. This role is crucial in managing, monitoring, and optimising the performance of assigned vessels, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and Oversee the technical management of assigned vessels, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
• Assist in the regular performance evaluations and arrange corrective actions when required.
• Attend vessels as necessary to support operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with Technical and other departments to maintain compliance with company policies and safety management systems.
• Oversee and update Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• English professional level (both written and spoken).
• Professional level in Microsoft office suite including familiarity with ERP Systems but not mandatory.
• Ability to take initiative, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
