Sea Traders, a well-established shipping company located in Glyfada and managing a fleet of bulk carriers, is seeking a Quality Manager. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures implementation of Quality Policy on board and ashore
• Validates Company’s processes and performs necessary SMS revisions
• Monitors changes to ISM/ISPS/MLC/ISO requirements and ensures that they are incorporated in Company’s SMS
• Coordinates the Company’s MRM
• Conducts orientation/induction of new personnel regarding Company’s procedures
• Performs internal audits at Company and Contractors’ premises, manning offices, fleet vessels

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum university degree and four (4) years relevant working experience
• Excellent knowledge of ISO Standards, mandatory rules and regulations, applicable codes
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Excellent computer knowledge
