Contships Management Inc. is currently looking for a Greek qualified lawyer with experience in ship finance and transactions to join its Legal Team.  

The scope of work will include:

• Reviewing finance documents  
• Drafting/negotiating contracts 
• Incorporation and maintenance of companies
• Assisting with S&P transactions, including drafting and reviewing MOAs and delivery documents 
• Assisting with real estate transactions in Greece 
• Drafting of agreements 
• Greek Law degree and background in English Law (2-3 years of relevant experience are required)
• Strong administrative abilities, MS Office skills
