Dynamic Shipping company seeks to employ an Operations Assistant. Requirements: 3-5 years previous relevant working experience in shipping operations in house: Preparing Proforma DAs and cost estimates for port calls; Support verification of vendor invoices and port agent statements; Reconcile final DAs and maintain records for reporting; Communicate with agents, suppliers, and internal teams. Familiarity with ERP systems is required—experience with Danaos software will be considered a strong asset.

Academic Qualifications: Maritime Studies / Logistics, Accounting / Finance / Economics;

Fluency in English & Greek; Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills.
