Arcadia Shipmanagement Co. Ltd is seeking a motivated junior professional to join our team as an HR Officer & PA to the CEO.
Requirements:
- University degree in Shipping, Business Administration, or Social Sciences
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and performance management
- Maintain accurate personnel records and assist in HR reporting
- Help organize staff events and HR initiatives
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Ensure smooth communication and priority management for the CEO’s office
