Well established Shipping Company based in the Southern suburbs, managing a fleet of Gas Carriers and tankers, is currently seeking a crew operator to join its team. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and follow up on crew change procedures, Ensure all seafarers meet required certification and travel/documentation standards, Monitor crew planning across the fleet, Review and verify crew-related invoices and Das, Provide support on various crew matters and daily department operations

Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 3years of relevant experience, in a tanker shipping Company, Familiarity with TMSA requirements, University Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies, Fluent in English (written and spoken), Strong computer literacy and organizational skills.
