Shipping company based in Kifisia, is seeking to employ a Vessel Accountant. Job Role: Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the vessels and reporting to vessels’ Owners. OPEX Actual vs Budget reports. Vessels’ cash flow management. Suppliers’ invoices posting. Vessels’ cash accounts entries and bank reconciliation. MGA review and posting to general ledger.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the accounting department of a Shipping Company. Diploma / Degree in Accounting. Fluency in written and spoken English. Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset. Initiative and ability to work both independently and as a team-member. Good organizational skills.
