Our dynamic Shipping company seeks to employ an Operations Assistant. Requirements: 3-5 years previous relevant working experience in shipping operations; Required experience with Danaos software or similar platforms. Tasks: Preparing Proforma DAs and cost estimates for port calls; Support verification of vendor invoices and port agent statements; Reconciling final DAs and maintain records for reporting; Communicate with agents, suppliers, and internal teams.

Academic Qualifications: Maritime Studies / Logistics, Accounting / Finance / Economics or sea experience;

Fluency in English & Greek; Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills.
