AVIN INTERNATIONAL LTD is currently looking to employ a Spares Parts Operator to join the Supply Department and to support the on-time and cost-effective supply of spare parts to our vessels.

Main responsibilities

• Handling Vessel's Requisition, request, quotes, evaluate offers, and issuing purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers/forwarders to ensure timely delivery on board in cost saving manner.
• Review & Verify Suppliers invoices and shipping documentation.
• Update Spare Parts Library in PMS if needed.

Requirements:

• University degree in Shipping or Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a spare parts purchaser/forwarder in a shipping or related industry company.
• Technical Background will be considered as an asset.
• Knowledge of a shipping ERP.
