A well-established Marine Fuels Company, based in Marousi, is seeking to hire an
Administrative Assistant.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare memos, reports, forms, correspondence and presentations
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Develop and maintain an updated filing system
- Make business travel arrangements for executives
- Document expenses, budget and hand in reports
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Person profile
- Excellent command of Greek and English languages.
- Effective communicator, both written and oral, with excellent writing and numeracy skills.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Well presented in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
