A well-established Marine Fuels Company, based in Marousi, is seeking to hire an
Administrative Assistant.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare memos, reports, forms, correspondence and presentations
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Develop and maintain an updated filing system
  • Make business travel arrangements for executives
  • Document expenses, budget and hand in reports
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Person profile

  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages.
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral, with excellent writing and numeracy skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Well presented in a professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
