Shipping company specializing in bulk carriers is seeking for an experienced HSQE Officer who has also served on board Capes & Kamsarmaxes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Shipping and possess in-depth knowledge of international regulations, including ISM, ISPS, MLC, FLAG, RIGHTSHIP, and PSC requirements.
