• Proven experience in business development, preferably in shipping, crew management, or maritime services
• Strong industry network and understanding of maritime operations and crewing requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
