Marousi based shipmanagement company, managing a large and diversified fleet of bulk carriers, tankers and gas carriers, is seeking to employ a lawyer with experience in ship finance and transactions to join its in house legal team. The ideal candidate should be either a qualified greek lawyer or UK solicitor with good knowledge of English shipping law and have a minimum two years experience in either a law firm or a shipmanagement company in ship finance, vessel sale and purchase, ship construction contracts and in general corporate diligence and transactions. The scope of work will include a wide range of transactional matters.
