Seamar Management S.A., part of a Nasdaq-listed group, managing an expanding fleet of dry-bulk carriers, seeks an HSQE & Marine Superintendent with minimum 3 years of seagoing service up to Captain Class A or B and at least 2 years of office experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform internal ISM/ISPS and ISO9001/14001 audits and report findings according to the Company’s Safety Management System.
• Perform training on board vessels, related to audit findings, HSQE campaigns, results of PSC / Flag inspections, etc.
• Responsible for the deck maintenance of the fleet assigned.
• Ensuring compliance and efficient implementation of the Company's Integrated Management System and International Regulations onboard vessels.
