Shipmanagement Company is seeking to recruit an experienced Accounting Manager.

The candidate must have:

• University degree in Economic Studies or related field. Postgraduate studies would be considered a plus,
• At least 7 years’ working experience in a shipmanagement company in Accounting/Finance department,
• Knowledge of US GAAP,
• Experience in preparation of Financial Reports (financial statements, operating expenses, cash flow projections & analysis, budgeting),
• Experience in voyage accounting  (monitoring of spot voyages, voyage estimates, demurrage calculations, postings),   
• Solid knowledge of accounting & tax requirements for Companies established in Greece under Law 27/1975,
• Knowledge of Danaos system would be considered a plus,
• Proficient English and Computer Literacy are essential.
