Shipping company located in the south suburbs of Athens managing a mixed fleet of tankers and bulk carriers has an opening for a claims handler in the Legal Department.

The ideal candidate will be conversant with charterparties and will have experience handling a variety of insurance claims incl. P&I, FD&D and H&M.  

A background in law/Law degree is required and Greek law experience is desirable.

Other skills and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' related industry experience gained in a claims environment, in-house, law practice or P&I Club.
• Fluency in English.
• Good communication, writing and computer skills.
• Must be a flexible, hardworking, team oriented individual.
