Performance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse vessel performance (fuel, emissions, speed, etc.)
• Ensure data quality and generate performance insights
• Support compliance with IMO, EU ETS, EEXI, and CII regulations
• Collaborate with crews, managers, and vendors to implement efficiency solutions
• Produce reports with actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related
• 2 years experience in maritime engineering.
• Knowledge of marine propulsion, energy efficiency, and analytics tools
• English fluency; Python skills are a plus
