A well-established Greek shipping company is seeking to hire an experienced Technical Coordinator professional to join its Technical Department supporting the daily operations of its fleet. The role involves assisting with maintenance planning, technical reporting, spare parts coordination, classification societies and communication with vessels, service providers and shipyard communication and associated budgeting purposes. The selected candidate will report directly to the Technical Manager and collaborate closely with the superintendents. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a shipping company is required, along with fluency in English and Greek, solid knowledge of vessel machinery, and proficiency in Excel and Danaos ERP. A background in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or as a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy is expected.
