Epsilon Hellas (Overseas) Ltd is a leading crew management and training company based in Athens, Greece.

For our Crew Operations department we are seeking a Crew Operator with the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a Crew Operator/Crew Coordinator
• University degree in Shipping studies or Merchant Marine Academy degree
• Experience in the selection of qualified crew according to all standard operating procedures and guidelines of STCW & flag state-vessel requirements
• Experience in crew planning and understanding of visa/travelling formalities
• Experience with using ERP systems/ advanced use of MS Office suite
• Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work efficiently within a team
