Safe Bulkers Management Ltd, a well established and reputable shipping company located in Limassol (CY) is seeking to recruit a Supply Fleet Supervisor (based in Cyprus) that is collaborative and result oriented 

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum experience in relevant position with Managerial skills
• Academic degree recognized by national authorities in Shipping or Economics or Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge of Danaos software
• Excellent command of English and computer literacy
• Hard working person with desire to learn
• Adaptability to work under pressure

Key responsibilities : 

The position reports to the Supply Manager  in order to effectively manage the Supply Fleet team and operations

• Organizes, coordinates and supervises the purchase of spare parts, stores,  provisions and the supply of goods and services necessary for the ships' operation
• Prepares, controls and reports the Supply Fleet OPEX budget.
• Updates and maintains a list of all LSA / FFE equipment
• Monitors Supply Officers and overall performance
• Applies the Supply integrated management system (IMS) and promotes the safety culture on board the vessels
