The candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior relevant experience at least 2 years in a shipping company
• Good knowledge of Labor and Employment legislation as well as understanding of industry’s specific regulations
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Understanding of database systems ERGANI and common HR applications
• Excellent Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and practices.
• A very good command of written and spoken English.
• Professional appearance & manner.
