Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of similar shore experience
• Sea going experience as Master Mariner in bulk carriers
• Knowledge of maritime rules and regulations, incident investigation analysis and ISO standards systems, with a track record of PSC, Rightship and third-party inspections
• Excellent English
