Neptune Lines is looking for an HSQE Coordinator to join our team. Some of the accountabilities carried by the role are:
- Assume full responsibility for the HSQE activities of your assigned vessels, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to safety, security, and environmental standards.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and perform riding internal audits.
- Monitor the implementation of Health, Safety, Quality, Environment, and Security established processes, ensuring full compliance with Industry and Company’s standards.
- Supports the investigation and reporting of incidents, accidents, near-misses, and injuries.
- Overview and maintain established ERP system and BI tool through the development and observation of defined KPIs.
- Participate in annual ESG report development.
You will be a successful candidate if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSQE roles within the maritime sector.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central ERP System and Power BI tool will be an asset.
- An internal auditor qualification certificate.
