Prominence Maritime, a Shipping Company managing a fleet of bulk carriers and located in Glyfada, is looking for a Fleet Operator:

To be considered for the role of Fleet Operator, candidates should have:

• A deep understanding and experience in daily vessel operations (prefixing/postfixing stage, monitoring and managing daily operations and commercial activities, correspondence with Charterers, dispute resolution, etc.)
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in fleet operations, or a combination of experience as a Master and office personnel, with at least two years of office experience in the operations department.
• A relevant academic degree in maritime studies or a related field.
• Strong computer skills and excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Adaptability and comfort in working with modern fleet management systems and digital tools.
• A Captain Class B license or higher, which will be considered a valuable asset.
