Candidates must hold a university degree in maritime studies, in addition to 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, time management, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential skills. They should also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as knowledge of Danaos and MS Office.
