Seamar Management S.A., part of a Nasdaq-listed group, managing an expanding fleet of dry-bulk carriers, seeks an experienced HSQE Auditor to uphold safety, quality and environmental excellence in its shipping operations.
As a HSQE Auditor you will

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with maritime HSQE regulations.
• Monitor adherence to ISM, ISPS,MLC, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
• Identify risks, non-conformities, and areas for improvement across fleet operations.
• Provide guidance and training to vessel crews and shore teams on best practices.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with international shipping regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSQE auditing within the shipping industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and other maritime regulations.
• Familiarity with industry certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel for vessel inspections when required.
