Epsilon Hellas (Overseas) Ltd is a leading crew management and training company based in Athens, Greece. For our Crew Operations department, we are seeking a Crew Operations Manager with the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of previous managerial experience in a similar position
• Previous onboard experience as a management-level officer (either deck or engine)
• Experience in the selection of qualified crew according to all standard operating procedures and guidelines of STCW & flag state-vessel requirements
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work efficiently within a team
• Experience with using ERP systems/ advanced use of MS Office suite
• Able to work under pressing deadlines
• Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
