A leading shipping company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize vessel operations. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in tanker operations and a strong understanding of voyage planning, cargo handling, and regulatory compliance. The role requires experience in fleet performance monitoring and the ability to drive operational efficiency. Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A degree in Merchant Academy Marine, Maritime Studies, Shipping, Business or a related field is required. Previous Captain experience will be preferable.
