PANTHEON TANKERS MANAGEMENT, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to manage a team of competent Operators and D/A analysts and oversee the operational management of 39 tanker and chemical vessels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tanker operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Sea service as Master Mariner in tankers is a strong asset.
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, tanker safety standards, and operational best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
