EXPORT DEPARTMENT - DOCUMENTATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Ideal candidate’s desired skills and experience are:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English language.
- Good knowledge of MSC Office (Outlook, Excel) and able to learn new software databases (i.e. ORIAN ERP).
- Team Spirit and Positive attitude, customer service mentality and attention to detail.
- Prior experience of minimum 2 years on the Export Documentation field in Freight Forwarding.
- Sufficient knowledge of incoterms, shipping terminology, Export procedures;
Job description and special requirements:
Your Role:
- Daily planning, organization, and coordination of Sea Cargo Export transports;
- Correspondence with internal and international teams and third-party agents to ensure that shipments are planned and completed efficiently, timely, and smoothly;
- Creation and timely submission of all necessary shipping documents;
- Track the shipment to customer requirements and provide feedback;
- Prepared to complete the entire job, from file creation to invoicing;
