Crew Operator                             

Aegean Shipping Enterprises M.C. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Crew Operator.

The ideal candidate should cover the following requirements:

Qualifications

• University degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in crew ticketing
• Excellent command of English language and computer literacy
• Knowledge of Danaos software will be considered as an asset
• Well-organized and time management skills
• Good team cooperation with integrity
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the travel arrangement of the crew (embarking / disembarking)
• Visa application & tickets
• Follow up the crew changes process with relevant parties
• Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical & qualification documents)
• Correspond with vessel Flag Administrations for crew-relevant matters
• Check invoices and DA regarding crew expenses, as well as MGA (crew wages)
• Assist on all crew issues
