Position Overview

Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives for their line of business. Lead a community of HR professionals creating a work environment where their team is empowered and developed.

Partner with local leaders to integrate the Hellas organisation into the broader Anglo-Eastern group with a mind to enhance the local culture / reputation for excellence while integrating and leveraging the scale of the full Anglo-Eastern organisation.

What You’ll Do

Business Partnering

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Ensure that employees with the appropriate skills are placed in the right roles, at the right time, to meet the organisation’s needs effectively
  • Provide leadership for the HR function including business partnering, learning, organisational effectiveness, talent, etc.
  • Nurture a positive working environment (follow up on people surveys, conduct investigations, manage grievances, etc.)
  • Oversee and delivery performance management to drive high business performance
  • Recognizing and developing Top Performers
  • Supporting managers and employees in cases of underperformance
  • Delivering the annual performance cycle to ensure high organizational high performance
  • HR Operations (working with team to respond to manager/ employee queries), onboarding, offboarding, etc.

Team Leadership

  • Creating an inspiring team vision
  • Creating a team environment of empowerment and high performance

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

  • c. 10 years of progressive human resources experience in business partnering roles. Ideally some exposure to:
  • Managing teams
  • Center of Excellence roles

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
