Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HSQE Superintendent / Technical Superintendent to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, support vessel maintenance, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage safety systems and ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, etc.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Oversee incident investigations and safety improvements.
• Provide HSQE training for crew and staff.
• Support vessel maintenance and technical operations.
• Maintain HSQE documentation and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of maritime HSQE or technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in HSQE management systems and incident reporting tools.
