Seaborne Capital Connect (“SCC or the “Company”) is an MCA and Capital Raising Advisory Company based in Athens, Greece.

SCC is an affiliated entity of Seaborne Shipbrokers SA.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team.

The requirements for this position are:

• Minimum 1-3 years work experience at a similar position
• Master’s degree or a relevant certification in Shipping, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Computer literate (Proficiency in MS Office Suite)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical skills

Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and maintain databases, lists, and reports of prospects, customers, and partners
• Transform data and information into valuable insights and actionable strategy
• Finding and qualifying potential leads, contacts, and new opportunities for the company
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and segments of interest for MCA
• Daily engagement with Company’s CRM and leads generation online platform
• Provision of Support to the MCA team, drafting of teasers and presentations
• Use various channels, such as email, phone, social media, or events, to pitch, present, and promote the company’s services
• Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and customers
