An Oil Tanker Company based in in the southern suburbs is recruiting an experienced Marine/Vetting Superintendent for its Owned Fleet.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of office experience in a shipping company with tankers as Marine/Vetting Superintendent.
• University and/or ex Master Class A or B Mariner with sea experience on crude oil/chemical tankers - Degree in Shipping will be considered an asset
• Knowledge and experience in TMSA audits and vetting inspections in accordance with TMSA standards and Sire inspection 2.0
• Ability to work in a challenging multinational, fast paced, high pressure environment
• Flexible to travel in short notice
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards in the tanker shipping industry.
• Fluency in English- excellent communication skills, verbal and written is a prerequisite.
• Computer literacy is a prerequisite.
