Crew Management Company in Piraeus is looking to hire an experienced Crew operator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the maritime industry’s requirements, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively promote the company to Shipowning and Ship Management companies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment, training and development processes for crew members
• Promote company to customers
• Maintain communication with shipping companies for crewing issues 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of past experience in the same position
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and legislation
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
• BSc in Shipping or experience in senior positions on board are considered assets
