We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

In this position, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the Managing Director's daily activities by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and overseeing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare for board meetings by drafting agendas, gathering relevant materials, and organizing refreshments.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Maintain the meeting room's tidiness and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail.
