A shipping company in Glyfada with a modern fleet of bulk carriers is seeking a HSQE Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the department in investigating and reporting incidents, managing KPIs, conducting safety audits and risk assessments, and promoting safety and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Candidates must hold a university degree in maritime studies or a Mariner diploma and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. They should demonstrate strong leadership, team management, organizational, time-management, ethical, and multitasking skills. Additionally, they should have knowledge of ISM/ISPS/ISO/RISQ3/DryBMS/PSC/FLAG requirements, Danaos, and MS Office, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
