Successful candidates must hold at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/ College Degree from Maritime field or have at least 2 years of experience as Crew Coordinator. Candidates are required to have knowledge of maritime industry and crewing operations (crew change arrangements, crew screening, STCW docs, vessel characteristics). Excellent knowledge of English, Microsoft Office Applications as well as Strong customer service mindset are prerequisites.
