Glyfada-based Ship Management Company is seeking to recruit Marine Superintendents for the Dry and Tanker divisions of its Marine Operations department.

The new recruits will:

• liaise with the Master on a wide range of issues to ensure the safe, efficient and environmentally sound operation of each fleet
• monitor daily operations of vessels
• regularly attend vessels for sailing visits, audits, 3rd party inspections and dry docks
• prepare well-documented replies in reaction to 3rd party inspections and audits
• keep abreast of changes in international rules and regulations and vetting requirements
• train crew in safe navigation and efficient operation during vessel attendance
• interview prospective officers

The ideal candidates:

• hold a Captain Class A or B diploma
• have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Master or four years as a C/O
• have an excellent command of the English language
• possess strong communication, negotiation and organization skills
• are computer literate
• enjoy being part of a team
