Traditional Shipping Company based in Piraeus operating a Fleet of tankers and bulkers seek to employ a dedicated and organized individual to join HSQE team as a Back Office Support.
Responsibilities:
- Managing files, records, documents
- Scheduling meetings, appointments
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Accurate entering data into software system such as environmental, quality, incidents
- Assist in preparing regulatory reports
- Support the implementation of HSQE initiative and targets
Requirements:
- Graduate degree from College or University on Maritime Studies
- Proficiency level knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (World, Excel, Power point)
- Knowledge of Danaos infogate, Telecomputer ERP and experience in shipping industry are add values
- Teamworker with communication and interpersonal skills
