Our Regional Head office in Mediterranean area, with office in Athens (Syngrou Avenue) is looking to hire a person in the Administration Department. The Candidate will cover reception duties, provide support to Managers and employees and assist in daily office needs and general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and handling their inquiries
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing office systems and procedures
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Booking travel arrangements and organizing business events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar position
  • Excellent command of the English language and MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
